Featured is a beautiful complete, highly 3D cystoid free of matrix,
collected from the famous Osgood Formation in Napoleon, Indiana. The
“front side” is fully complete, the “back side” was either extremely
thin shelled or weathered. The specimen lies flat and displays very
nicely.
(note: I just noticed a tiny bit of shell missing as I observed the last
photo. Price has been cut in half.)
The specimen was professionally prepared by Marc Behrendt.
There is absolutely no restoration on the specimen or matrix.
